1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the ExpiryGuard application ("Service") on the Shopify platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install the app.

2. Service Description

ExpiryGuard provides automated inventory freshness tools. We facilitate the tracking of expiry dates and the visual display of this information to your customers.

3. Merchant Responsibility (Liability Waiver)

You acknowledge that ExpiryGuard is a software tool for data management. You are solely responsible for ensuring physically expired products are removed from your shelves.

ExpiryGuard is not liable for any legal or health issues arising from the sale of expired goods, regardless of whether the app flagged them or not. It is your responsibility to verify the physical inventory matches the data entered into the app.

4. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall ExpiryGuard be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profit). Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

5. Pricing

ExpiryGuard is a subscription service. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Shopify App Dashboard. Refunds are handled at the discretion of Shopify Support.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within India.
